Our comprehensive barista training programme starts at our sister company, Pharmacie Coffee Roasters, and finishes at the customer table – essentially, ‘bean to cup.’ In between, you will learn about coffee origins, roasting, extraction, machine maintenance, troubleshooting, customer service and more.

We figure that an up-skilled team actually saves us money so we tie your rate of pay to the amount of training you have under your belt. As a consequence, our rates of pay are some of the highest for baristas in Brighton. In return we expect you to work hard and smart while looking after our customers and each other.

Although skilled baristas are highly welcome, don’t let your inexperience stop you from applying to join our team. We know how hard it is to get a start in new industries so if you come to us with a great attitude and an inner drive to expand your knowledge and skillset, we will meet you halfway. Rather than working with a barista wonder, it is more important to us that we find people we want work alongside on a daily basis.
